Be mine mini sessions

I’m so excited to offer ‘Be Mine’ mini sessions in my mini home studio in South Land Park again this year! Your littles are going to look so sweet for Valentine’s Day!
I call it my mini studio because it’s small! It’s a little space connected to my garage that I’ve converted into an office/studio/guest room. You will enter my backyard through the right side gate with heart balloons and I’ll direct you where to go from there. Please remember it’s Winter and my backyard looks that way!
I’m working on a floating floral backdrop. I also have the same bed scenario you see in these photos. There may be some outdoor options as well. We’ll just see how it goes with the kiddos! Your sessions are 20 minutes long with 10 minutes of time in between. You can arrive a couple minutes early. Feel free to park in my driveway or in front of my house along the fence. MINI SESSION PAYMENT
20 minutes - 10 digital images - $150
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your mini session spot. The remaining balance of $125 is due the day of the session. You can pay via Venmo, Paypal, cash or check. Please make checks payable to Courtney Carlmark and fill them out before your session begins.

ARRIVING + PARKING
Please a few minutes early so you have time to get yourselves together before your session begins. You can park in my driveway or on the street in front of my house.

MINI SESSION DIGITAL IMAGES
Your session includes 10 digital images. You will be allowed to choose your favorite images via an online gallery. The gallery will be e-mailed to you within a couple days of the session. Once you choose your favorites, you need to contact me via e-mail, Facebook messenger or text message to let me know your list is complete. Once I hear from you, I will make final edits and send you another e-mail with the link to download the images. You can print wherever you want, but I highly recommend a professional lab rather than places like Walgreens, CVS, etc. The quality is substantially different! The gallery will be available for three months. You will also have the option to choose more than the allotted images and can purchase them for $15 each.
***If you want your edited digital images by Valentine’s Day, you must make your favorites list right away. My hope is to send the galleries to you on Saturday or Sunday and to edit the favorites on Monday. I will not have time to edit on Valentine’s Day. If you are not worried about having the photos before Valentine’s Day, there is no rush to favorite your images.***
