This one year photo session was at a cute and quaint park that becomes all the rage in Roseville when the trees bloom. Seriously, there were so many sessions going down while we were there, I'm surprised there weren't people behind every shot. I actually told Jamie about this park more than a year ago when we were scheduling her maternity photos and Elliott was still in her belly. She loved the location, but decided to wait until this year to check out it. It was a good move because the soft and feminine backdrop was seriously perfect for their pink and grey outfits and the tutu clothesline!
Jamie was a little nervous about this session because Elliott decided to skip her afternoon nap that day. I have to admit when I hear this, I get a little nervous too. Tired kids don't always love to cooperate, but Elliott was great! I brought along some props but she and her big sis, Harper, made all the moments magical. They are the best of buds and you can see how much they love each other! Turns out Harper is not only a great big sister, but a good photography assistant too. She just loved helping with everything and even had some of her own ideas for the photos. :)
This is such a sweet family and I always love our time together!
